Home Training Videos

During the 2020 Coronavirus Lockdown we created weekly home workout videos. We have decided to keep this great resource available to anyone who is unable to get to the gym for any reason.
The workouts are guided by our lead trainer Silvie Tomek and are designed to keep you strong, and fit just by using your body weight, or basic equipment or utensils which can be found in the home – Enjoy!
