Our Seniors classes are specifically designed for over 50s who are looking to stay active and healthy. We’re pleased to say that through these quality fitness classes and our encouraging, welcoming atmosphere, our seniors’ community is thriving.

Saturday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
