Our Seniors classes are created with the health of Seniors in mind.

They focus on building strength and skills that help with Balance, Living Independently for Longer, Bone Density, and Movement.

Join a thriving, active community where you can keep fit, stay healthy, and socialise in a fun environment.

Gym Circuit: A full body workout to help burn fat, increase tone, and improve overall fitness through cardio, resistance, and core training.

Strength and Tone: Low impact training using dumbbells and body weight, focusing on muscle tone and core strength.

Cardio Boxing: This fast-paced upper and lower body workout is perfect for those who like to work up a sweat.


Pilates: Build your core while improving flexibility and toning muscle. This low-impact class also aids injury rehab.

Punch Crunch: Get energised with this boxing workout, which focuses on improving core strength.

FIT360: Tone major muscle groups, increase strength, and push yourself with this whole-body workout (held indoors in poor weather).

Unlimited group fitness classes are included with every gym membership, but if you’d like to join us casually, classes are just $13. No need to sign up, simply turn up, pay at reception, and you’ll be directed to your fitness group (or become a member and get it all included!).
