Lakeside is a place for the whole community to meet, use, and enjoy. We strive to serve and better our people through services and programs that promote healthy development of the whole person.
Lakeside is a community in itself — our organisation stretches across four major areas: Lakeside Baptist Church, Lakeside Lightning, The Rec Centre, and The Fitness Centre. In everything we do, we aim to be a vibrant, loving place where people can belong and be supported on their life journey.
Lakeside Rec Centre is open and running competitions again. If you would like to come shoot around please call ahead so we can schedule you in. This helps us operate in line with Government restrictions.
Lakeside Baptist Church who owns and operates Lakeside Recreation Centre are here to help we are operating online services along with Pastoral Care.

Lakeside Lightning is an organisation of men’s and women’s teams that have over 20 teams competing in the WABL, WSBL, and SBL.
FITNESS CENTRE
Lose weight, tone muscle, improve health, build strength, or enhance sport performance — we’re ready to workout with you.
